SEVENTH ANNUAL MAPLE ROW FARM HORSE SHOW

SATURDAY, JULY 31, 2010 @ 1:00pm and SUNDAY, AUGUST 1, 2010 @ 9:00am

Maple Row has been a home to horses and other farm animals since 1824, when it was owned by Garrett B. Hunt, Esq.. The Mobius family now owns the farm and is carrying on tradition by preserving the country estate property, growing hay and supporting equine sport. Although the horses are no longer asked to work the fields, they are asked to provide pleasure for their riders and to perform and show their magnificence in the show ring.

The Horse Show on July 31st & August 1st is the seventh to be hosted by the Mobius family at the historic farm since they took up residence in 1999. Horses and riders of all ages and levels of ability are invited to show at the picturesque facility in any of the numerous over fences and hack classes offered. For those with the need for speed, we offer a Gambler's Choice Class that awards $200 in prize money to the horse and rider who accumulate the most points over fences in 60 seconds. Anyone who attended last year's event knows they don't want to miss this year's.

Spectators are welcome, free of charge. Visit the Used Tack Sale, have lunch or just watch and enjoy the show. Come see why horses are an asset in a town like Clarence and why they and their homes should be preserved.

To have a horse show program mailed to you, please forward your mailing address to pam@maplerowfarm.com
